Site visit

We will be happy to come over for a site visit and understand the project requirement better. Don't worry, this is on us!

Project planning & estimate

Once we exactly know the scope of work, we will share the cost estimate. Once this is approved and we receive the advance payment, we will dive deep into the project and draft an execution plan.

Approvals

Any approvals needed from the builder/association/society, we will get this done. We are registered and have extensive experience in working with most of the developers in the UAE.

Material Selection

From selection of tiles, colour of the paint and upholstery, one visit to our warehouse or any of the showrooms for material selection and we are good to go for the project!

Project Execution

The best part! This is the time where you sit back, relax and watch us do the magic! Be it 45 days or 90 days, we got this!

Handover

Cleaning, carting away debris and making the space look as good as new, we will take care of this and hand over the property to you on time, every time!
